Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program.
• Current NJ RN license or multi-state license.
• 1–2 years of Mother/Baby and/or Medical-Surgical experience.
• NRP and BLS certifications required, with timing as specified.
• Completed EFM coursework within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for postpartum patients to achieve outcomes.
• Direct and oversee care by delegating, validating, evaluating and coordinating.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities with team and physicians.
• Report to the Nurse Manager and collaborate with support services.
