North Central Surgical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Post Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post-Surgical Unit on a full-time night shift. The RN provides comprehensive care to post-surgical and telemetry patients, following hospital policies and physician orders, with a focus on patient safety and high-quality care.

• Two years RN experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry or one year in Critical Care/Emergency/PACU.

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Implement physician orders, administer and document medications.
• Perform accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Provide education to patients and families about care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and patient safety goals.
• Coordinate patient care using email and the EHR.
