Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Operator Associate for the Poly - C Shift in Corsicana, TX. You will operate cup forming machines, perform routine maintenance, monitor quality, and troubleshoot issues to maintain run rates.

We value teamwork, reliable attendance, and the ability to work 8–12 hours on shift. Training and safety procedures are emphasized, with opportunities for growth within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed.
• Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned Cup Forming Machines at required rate.
• Start and stop machine and perform maintenance tasks including hoses, valves, molds and parts.
• Monitor machinery and bagging equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and adjust to maintain run rates.
• Adjust lines to maintain or improve product quality.
• Maintain line run efficiencies and perform pre-expansion tasks.
• Handle baggers and automation tasks and complete quality paperwork.
• Communicate issues to supervisor regarding health, safety, quality and efficiency.
• Maintain housekeeping around the line and follow safety procedures.
• Assist other operators and communicate production information.
