Job summary

Novolex in Corsicana, TX is hiring an Operator Associate (Foam - B Shift) to operate assigned machines, perform routine maintenance, and monitor quality and efficiency. The role starts at $20.28 to $22.63 per hour, depending on experience, with a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule.

You'll troubleshoot, adjust line operations, maintain safety and housekeeping, and complete standard paperwork. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and development programs.

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience or maintenance/ mechanical experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to use tools as required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines at required rate.
• Start and stop machines.
• Perform maintenance tasks including changing hoses, valves, molds, and machine parts.
• Monitor machinery operations and bagging equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Diagnose/troubleshoot mechanical machine problems and adjust to maintain run rates.
• Complete paperwork such as Operator Report, Quality Checks and other forms.
