2 years related experience.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot causes of machine malfunctions.
Make appropriate adjustments and repairs to ensure cups meet specifications.
Ensure machines operate properly and according to standard line conditions.
Perform routine maintenance to replace worn parts before machine failure.
Make cup machine adjustments and repairs to improve production, safety, and reduce waste.
Perform minor changeovers.
Demonstrate knowledge of cup formation process.
Communicate with operators on other shifts about problems.
Follow start-up and shutdown procedures for machinery.
Communicate with other departments to maintain quality and production requirements.
Assist Operators in troubleshooting on their machines.
Enter daily production data and downtime in PC.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Become scissor lift certified.
