Job summary

Prysmian provides expert electrical/electronic and electro-mechanical maintenance support at the McKinney plant to keep production safe, efficient, and reliable. You will diagnose faults across multiple systems, install and Commission equipment, and document performance data while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent, experience with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens) and electrical diagnostics, and the ability to work night shifts in a unionized

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree, accredited apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
• Experience diagnosing electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Install, commission and shutdown equipment per safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Record performance and maintenance data for assigned equipment.
• Support additional tasks to keep operations running.
