Job summary

Responsibilities include promoting safety, coordinating daily activities, inspecting equipment, and guiding teams to improve quality and reduce costs. Shift is 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year supervisory experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Plastics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote plant safety and environmental programs and procedures.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production and quality specifications.
• Inspect equipment and products for safety, utilization and quality; communicate schedules and issues to the team.
• Lead and coach line process teams to improve quality, flexibility and costs.
• Plan process activities and support master scheduling to meet production needs.
