Job summary

Revolution, a leading producer of sustainable plastics solutions, is hiring Attendants for the Reprocessing department in Mesquite, TX. You will learn basic operations of production departments and support continuous, quality-focused manufacturing processes at our main plant.

Responsibilities include completing quality checks, reading production orders in English, and assisting with line changes and maintenance. Strong teamwork and physical stamina are essential, with a 12-hour rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Rotating 12-hour shift 7:00am-7:00pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand 12 hours.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the finished product.
• Fill in on any line as line attendant as required at the main plant.
• Operate guillotine and scrap as needed for production.
• Read and understand production orders in English.
• Document quality checks on time, verifying correct count and label.
• Guide, teach, and direct co-workers on assigned machines.
• Know packing materials and procedures.
• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality standards.
• Assist in taking the line down and putting it back up.
• Assist in basic preventative maintenance
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
