Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastics industry preferred.
• Shift is 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; rotating schedule.
• Ability to work weekends and/or shift work.

Responsibilities

• Promote plant safety and environmental programs.
• Inspect equipment and product for safety, utilization, and quality.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production and product specs.
• Review master scheduling to meet production needs.
• Plan process activities and prioritize procedures, equipment capabilities, and staffing.
• Lead, coach, and support line process teams to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Conduct required team meetings and safety training.
• Provide feedback to hourly employees on job performance.
• Promote and implement Core Values daily.
