Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking a Plastics Secondary Operator for 2nd shift (2:45 PM - 11:00 PM) in Kulpsville, PA. You will set up and operate CNC equipment, inspect parts, and ensure quality in a fast-paced plastics machining environment.

Responsibilities include finishing parts, painting per instructions, transporting work in process, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in compliance with ITAR-related requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Maintain annual QC certification.
• Able to read production drawings and company documents.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Record information on GT data collection system as required.
• Finish machine parts on appropriate equipment (radius, lathe deburr, notching, etc.).
• Set up and operate CNC equipment already programmed for producing parts.
• Perform first article and in-process inspection of components.
• Perform final inspection using measuring devices (OGP, Keyence, CMM).
• Perform assembly and deburr parts as needed.
