Pelican Products, Inc. in South Deerfield, MA is hiring a Machine Operator I for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:15am, Sunday–Thursday). You will operate rotational molding machines, follow detailed procedures, set up molds, and monitor quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality.
• Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed.
• Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment.
• Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders.
• Maintain quality standards and production records.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members.
• Work Shift: 10:00pm - 6:15am Sunday - Thursday
