Pelican Products, Inc. in South Deerfield, MA is hiring a Rotational Molding Operator I for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations.

The role requires following detailed instructions, working with molds, and maintaining production records. Overtime, safety compliance, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• One year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality.
• Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed.
• Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment.
• Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders.
• Maintain quality standards and production records.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members.
• Work Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday.
