Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator based in Tolleson, AZ for the night shift from 6:30pm to 6:30am on a 3/2/3 schedule. Starting pay ranges from $20.60 to $24.00 per hour, with responsibilities including operating blow molding machines, performing minor repairs, and ensuring safe, high-quality production.

The role requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within standard procedures.
• Effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
• Collaborates well with others and supports team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Make necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Carry out basic processing adjustments to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Conduct onsite safety, quality, and housekeeping practices per GMP and company policies.
• Provide support to maintenance personnel and assist in training new operators.
