Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a Machine Operator for day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Starting pay is $24.20 per hour with benefits starting Day One.

You will operate plastic blow molding machines and related equipment to produce containers safely, with quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include following safety policies, performing line changes, basic machine adjustments, preventative maintenance, and collaborating with supervisors and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Must work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and related equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Perform basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and maintenance personnel as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and document activities accurately.
