Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator for a night shift (6:30pm - 6:30am) on a 3/2/3 schedule. Starting pay is $20.60 - $24.00/hr.

You will operate plastic blow molding machines and related equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, and GMP policies, with opportunities to participate in continuous quality improvement, perform maintenance tasks, and assist with line changes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or related production environment.
• Regular, predictable attendance with punctuality.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and related activities.
• Train new Operators and assist other operators as needed.
