Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the Night Shift in Tolleson, AZ. The position runs 6:30pm–6:30am on a 3/2/3 schedule with a pay range of $20.60/hr–$24.00/hr. The Operator will run plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality container production.

Key duties include following safety and GMP policies, participating in continuous quality improvements, and performing basic line changes and minor repairs. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs for safe, efficient production.
• Follow safety, health, quality, GMP and policy procedures.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects as assigned.
• Assist in mold changes, color changes, and line maintenance.
• Perform basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
