Job summary

EnerSys Energy Products Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Plant 1 Team Lead for the EOL/Formation area on the nights shift (6pm–6am). You will direct the complete operation of a designated production area and oversee daily scheduling of production lines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years in production, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, lead a team, train personnel, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related experience in production.
• 1-year supervisory experience.
• Preference for ability to work in a team environment and prioritize work.
• Preference for strong communication with subordinates, co-workers, management, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog.
• Assist in hiring decisions and selection of department personnel for duties, promotions, transfers, and discharges, including evaluations and performance reviews.
• Maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentation.
• Conduct training of assigned personnel.
• Maintain safety of work area according to company safety requirements.
