Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Valid Driver’s License issued by state of residence and in good standing
• Ability to handle objects <= 50 pounds
• Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes
• Ability to walk on uneven terrain
• Ability to work at elevated positions
• On-call flexibility and varied schedules
• Team-oriented and safety-focused
• Willingness to perform non-technical tasks as needed
• Operate with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a Biomass Processing Plant and associated environmental control devices
• Convert biomass into pipeline quality gas and biodiesel
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and plant instrumentation readings
• Log data from plant instrumentation and report abnormal readings
• Perform basic maintenance on operating equipment under site manager guidance
• Apply lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures on facility equipment
• Operate heavy equipment as required (forklift, telehandler)
