Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment pre- and post-shift, lubricate moving parts, and complete scheduled preventative maintenance to prevent failures.
• Troubleshoot and replace basic mechanical components, including conveyor belts, idlers, pulleys, and water pumps.
• Perform structural repairs, hard facing, and replace heavy wear-parts (crusher liners and shaker screens) using welding, cutting, grinding.
• Follow MSHA and OSHA regulations, perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, maintain a hazard-free work area.
• Observe aggregate crushing, washing, and screening areas to identify anomalies by sight or sound and make minor adjustments.
• Record and maintain service logs, lubrication reports, and maintenance records for plant equipment.
