You will perform welding, fabrication, and installation of components, diagnose issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and keep accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of technical/vocational training preferred.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and the ability to address safety-related situations.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Computer literacy including email and online training.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, fabrication, and installation of plant equipment and systems.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas per MSHA and regulatory standards.
• Install belts, bearings, gear reducers, and hydraulic/pneumatic/HVAC components.
• Fabricate equipment guards and maintain piping and ducting as needed.
• Complete maintenance records and support environmental and safety reporting.
• Engage in continuous improvement to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
