Job summary

Premier Candle Corporation is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the night shift in Hickory, KY. You will lead the manufacturing team during evenings, driving safety, quality, efficiency, and on‑time performance across multiple lines.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coach staff, manage KPIs, and collaborate with departments to implement production plans and continuous improvements. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Machining and assembly experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct night-shift manufacturing operations through production staff.
• Monitor and report KPIs across production areas.
• Implement production schedules and allocate manpower.
• Maintain strong presence on the production floor and lead by example.
• Verify components on manufacturing orders before and during packaging.
• Support packaging-line standards and scheduling.
