WM, Stericycle is now part of WM, seeks a Plant Associate in Sparks, NV. Base pay is $25.00 per hour, plus 10% night shift differential. Weekly pay is offered.

Night shift runs 5 PM to 5 AM with rotating days. This role focuses on unloading waste from vehicles, decontaminating loads, staging for scanning, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. The position requires at least 1 year of plant experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a plant environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow health and safety directives and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles and ensure proper staging for scanning.
• Operate Biotrack system for scanning and recordkeeping.
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the work floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
