Job summary

Waste Management in Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Associate for the Sturtevant facility to ensure waste is unloaded, decontaminated, and staged for scanning and processing. This on-site role requires adherence to safety protocols during night shifts.

You will operate Biotrack scanning, handle autoclave bins, maintain clean floors, and support a safe, productive work environment. The position offers a $22.00 hourly pay, a Sunday-to-Thursday night schedule, and a $250 boot allowance.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in plant operations.
• Ability to understand and follow health and safety directives.

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles and separate non-autoclavable waste for incineration.
• Stage waste for scanning and processing in the Biotrack system.
• Scan waste into the Biotrack system for recordkeeping.
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper for processing.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety such as spills and dry floors.
