Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, measure ingredients, and mix according to batch recipes.
• Deliver dough into equipment and monitor dough processing.
• Record batch data and maintain the proofing library.
• Achieve and maintain dough certification and monitor metal detectors.
• Monitor dough temperatures and equipment, and document readings.
