Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Mississippi is seeking a Lead Supervisor to guide crew daily activities and production in line with project timelines, plans, and safety standards. You will train crew members on proper safety and operational procedures and coordinate work with other crafts as required by supervision.

The role requires hands-on leadership on industrial construction sites, ability to plan, organize resources, and maintain clear reporting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant field experience.
Ability to lead craft workers and supervise safely.
Plan tasks, train on safety practices, and follow procedures.
Understand scheduling, material control, and job costing basics.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
Maintain reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets, and reports.
Assist in weekly scheduling and sequencing of activities for assigned crew.
Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality.
Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox meetings.
Communicate plans and scope to leads and crews.
Monitor compliance with company policies.
