Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to guide crew daily activities and production per project timelines, plans, and codes. You will supervise other crafts as needed and ensure safety training is provided to team members.

You will manage reporting, help develop weekly schedules, and strive for timely completion within budget while maintaining high quality workmanship and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior field experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise crew and activities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and government safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained properly.
• Maintain accurate reports including job quantities, productivity and time sheets.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities.
• Complete work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
