Qualifikationen

• Experience reading blueprints and design sketches.
• Certification in Pipe welding.

Aufgaben

• Welds on various materials in required positions using multiple welding processes—including GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and SAW to fabricate piping as designed.
• Fitting is required as our welders to fit and weld.
• Operates and maintains production machines, tests and inspects for safe and efficient operation.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and engineering specs to determine setup and sequence of operation.
• Checks that items produced pass quality control tests.
• Lay out, position, fit and weld piping and structural components per fabrication drawings.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate welding machines per job specifications.
• Adjust valves, gauges, and flames and handle compressed gas safely.
• Operate industry machines, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in JSAs and safety processes; complete required documentation.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to ISO standards.
