Job summary

RK Industries in Colorado is seeking skilled Welders to perform high-quality welding and fabrication in a safety‑driven environment. You will interpret CAD/FAB drawings, follow strict procedures, and produce X-ray quality welds for piping and pressure vessels.

You'll work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, grow in ASME and piping expertise, and contribute to on‑site fabrication projects as part of a collaborative team. Excellent teammates and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years welding and metal processing experience (FCAW, MIG)
• 6G welding certification required
• Able to perform X-Ray Quality Welds on process piping, hydronics and pressure vessels
• Knowledge of pipe trade tools such as Two-Hole Pins and Center-finders

Responsibilities

• Operate welding and fabrication machinery for assigned tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to meet specifications.
• Follow assembly tracks and create weldment set-ups to meet geometric requirements.
• Inspect welds and document results; maintain equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and shop regulations; participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement.
