Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Performs skin punctures to obtain blood specimens for laboratory testing.
• Processes test requisitions and accurately charges, registers and orders tests for outpatients.
• Contacts patients, physicians and nursing units by telephone when required.
• Maintains neat and organized collection trays, collection areas and work areas.
