Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to work at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL. Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday midnight-10:30 AM. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen collection for various tests, accurate data entry, and travel to additional sites as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma; preferred candidates have phlebotomy certification and some experience with Labcorp. Excellent customer service, communication, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills and ability to collect specimens across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
