Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen handling, labeling, data entry, and support of laboratory operations. The role emphasizes phlebotomy knowledge, basic computer use, and strong communication with patients

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No professional experience required.
• Phlebotomy or related lab function knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identification and collect specimens by venipuncture and other methods.
• Label specimens correctly and ensure proper chain of custody for testing.
• Perform limited CLIA-compliant testing per policy.
• Assist with phone inquiries, inventory, and billing support.
