Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician for our New Albany, Ohio facility. You will provide outstanding pharmacy service to patients and partner organizations, ensuring accurate medication preparation, labeling, and compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

You will work front half nights (Sun - Wed, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and participate in team meetings, inventory management, and SOP-driven quality assurance while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or equivalent
• Active Ohio Registered Pharmacy Technician registration
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Ability to work flexible shift times
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented and culture-driven
• Proficient in English (verbal & written)
• Experience with community, mail-order, or hospital pharmacy a plus

Responsibilities

• Comply with state and federal regulations for ordering, handling, and managing prescriptions
• Maintain PHI and HIPAA privacy compliance
• Update patient profiles in accordance with regulations
• Attend pharmacy team meetings
• Contribute to quality through SOP adherence
• Support inventory and stocking duties as allowed by the state board
• Prepare labels, calculate quantities, and assemble patient orders
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant pharmacy environment
• Assist in medication transition through workflow stages
• Perform other duties as assigned
