Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support preparation, packaging, distribution and documentation of medications. The role requires Maryland registration and PTCB certification within one year of hire.

We offer a full-time night shift with rotating weekends in a 266-bed acute care setting, with commitment to career growth and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered in the State of Maryland as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification required, or obtain PTCB certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilités

• The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for a variety of duties to assist in the preparation and packaging of medications, distribution and delivery of medications, supporting the maintenance of proper inventory levels and, keeping appropriate records and documentation.
