Parkland Health is seeking a Night Shift Pharmacy Technician to provide direct support to pharmacists and staff in preparing orders, packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking. You will maintain records, assist with cashiering, and perform clerical duties under pharmacist supervision.

Qualified candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and ideally be a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) with current state registration. Training for cashier tasks is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
• Must have current registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Must pass pharmacy math and spelling tests with at least 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and distribute medication orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Operate electronic cash register, collect payments, and provide correct change.
• Maintain cash register cash and shift end reports according to policy.
• Assist in inventory records, invoices, and prescription hardcopies.
• Perform cashier duties within 90 days of employment.
• Ensure cleanliness and supplies in the pharmacy area.
