Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Edina, MN is seeking a Pharmacist to provide medication management, clinical support and consultative services in a complex pharmacy operation. You will partner with stakeholders to educate patients and families, promote medication safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

The role includes seven 10-hour night shifts over two weeks, with duties potentially involving education of pharmacy students and residents and opportunities to contribute to process

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Minnesota (MN Board of Pharmacy)
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and clinical support in a complex pharmacy operation.
• Deliver consultative services and partner with stakeholders to educate patients and families.
• Support medication safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in education of pharmacy students and residents as appropriate.
• Focus on customer service, process improvement and regulatory adherence
