Qualifications

• Licensed New York pharmacist in good standing.
• 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience, retail preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work overnight, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Check prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve prescribing, formulary, and therapeutic issues, collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide DUR to maintain high quality assurance practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and medication questions.
• Meet pharmacy service SLAs and quality targets.
