CVS Health in New York, NY is seeking a dedicated Night Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate care during overnight hours and serving as a trusted clinical advisor to patients.

As the on-duty pharmacist, you will model compassionate care, lead daily operations, and collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team to resolve medication issues.

Competenze

• Licensed pharmacist in New York state.
• Willing to work overnight hours.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Physical stamina for extended shifts and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Mansioni

• Help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as on-duty pharmacist, including workflow coordination and coaching.
• Support daily activities when serving as the lead pharmacist on duty.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and coordinating with healthcare teams.
• Proactively offer and deliver immunizations; support Pharmacy Technicians in learning immunization skills.
• Support inventory management with a focus on cold-chain products.
• Ensure operations comply with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain clinical and technical skills through ongoing training and education.
• Enable pharmacist-delivered clinical services, including testing and prescribing where permitted by state law.
