Job summary

Ingenium Talent is seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Corporate Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team serving residents in long-term care and senior living facilities across the area, on a 7-on/7-off schedule from 7pm to 7am.

You will review orders, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise pharmacy technicians, and provide clinical expertise during overnight shifts in a high-volume environment, focusing on timely order fulfillment and patient safety.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Successful completion of NAPLEX and state licensure requirements.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Assess medications for safety, interactions, strength, identity, and purity.
• Dispense medications in accordance with regulations.
• Use pharmacy systems to identify interactions and dosing concerns.
• Oversee overnight workflow: verification, labeling, packaging, QA, and delivery.
• Supervise technicians and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records and regulatory documentation for controlled substances.
• Serve as clinical resource for medications and patient care.
• Adhere to infection control and medication safety standards.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered team culture.
