Job summary

Lonza is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the Tampa site on the night shift. You will perform manufacturing operations for tablet and capsule products, including dispensing, blending, granulation, drying and coating, while ensuring accuracy in documentation.

Work involves setting up and maintaining equipment, performing line clearances, and following batch records and SOPs in a cGMP environment. Applicants should be able to operate and clean equipment, handle materials safely, and support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and accurately complete production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations for tablet and capsule products, including dispensing, blending, granulation, drying, milling, compression, encapsulation, and coating.
• Set up, operate, monitor, clean, and support changeovers of manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct line clearances and verify materials, labels, and documentation before production.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, GDP and cGMP requirements while completing production documentation.
• Perform in-process checks, sample collection, and monitor equipment to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain clean, compliant manufacturing areas and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support investigations and improvements.
