Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Personal Caregiver for a NOC shift in Smith Valley, NV. The role offers $18.00/hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, and a set schedule to support work-life balance.

You will provide essential in-home personal care, assist with daily activities and mobility, and help with medication reminders while ensuring a safe, compassionate environment. Training and tuition discounts are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six months healthcare experience preferred.
• Clear background check and drug screen; TB/Physical required.
• NV driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate, good communicator and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor.
• Ensure safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
