Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is seeking caring Personal Care Assistants to support clients in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding areas. Night and overnight shifts are available, with PRN, part-time, and full-time options to fit diverse schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient-centered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties, including lifting, bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands, when applicable.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to provide exceptional client care.
