Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in Sappington, MO on a full-time, on-site basis. The role focuses on supporting residents with daily living activities in a warm, home-like environment and delivering person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Document resident care, activities, and changes accurately.
• Communicate with nursing staff and caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
