Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Wisconsin is seeking a Permeate Operator to process permeate into high quality deproteinized whey powder. You will monitor evaporator, fluid bed, and packaging lines, perform hourly checks, and adjust settings to keep product within specifications.

This role includes line setup, loading and unloading trailers, quality checks, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and sanitation schedules. A high school diploma is preferred, with strong attention to detail, basic math, and good

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to SOPs, GMP, HACCP.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly checks on evaporator, fluid bed, and packaging equipment.
• Adjust parameters to keep product within specifications.
• Load and unload outgoing and incoming trailers.
• Complete quality checks (Water Quality, Chemical Concentration).
• Complete tasks in the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.
