Job summary
Williamson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery, night shift, to provide obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic care. You will perform assessments, plan and educate care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity setting.
Requirements include Tennessee RN license, a nursing diploma or degree, BLS and NRP within the specified windows, and ACLS/ALS or plan to obtain within six months. Prior perinatal experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
- BLS within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year perinatal experience preferred.
- NRP within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS/ALS certification or agree to obtain within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic nursing care.
- Perform timely comprehensive patient assessments.
- Plan care with patient education and discharge needs.
- Document accurately and maintain safety standards.
- Coordinate with staff and manage on-call responsibilities.
