Qualifications

• Experience in direct patient care or patient observations, or completion of one year of human services education.
• Ability to follow safety and de-escalation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, non-clinical support to patients under RN supervision.
• Conduct continuous or intermittent patient observation as assigned.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing or clinical staff promptly.
• Document patient behavior, mood, and activity per protocols.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed.
