Job summary

Atrium Health Lake Norman’s 13-bed PCU (Nursing Progressive Care Unit: Telemetry 5th Floor) is seeking a part-time RN. With 24 hours per week, you will work 3 night shifts (12 hours) and rotate on holidays and weekends. Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus options may be available for eligible candidates.

Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, an RN license in the state, and BLS. ACLS within 6 months of hire; PCU experience (2 years) preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS are required within 6 months of hire.
• 2 years of PCU experience preferred.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
