AdventHealth in Zephyrhills, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time work. You will participate in peer interviewing, perform initial patient assessments, and coordinate timely discharge planning while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate across departments, ensure accurate handoffs, and apply Caring Model behaviors to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred depending on unit.
• 1+ years acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
• Collects comprehensive data for patient assessment and process improvement.
• Performs initial patient assessments and coordinates discharge planning.
• Ensures safe handoff communications and documentation between caregivers.
