Northwest Health La Porte is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the Float pool on the night shift. You will support nursing staff, assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient data, and help maintain a safe, organized care environment.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of acute care experience or are in a nursing program, with BCLS certification within 90 days. CNA preferred. Location: 1331 State St, Laporte, IN.

Aufgaben

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records vital signs and patient data for RN/LPN/LVN review.
• Assists patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Helps reposition, transfer, and ambulate patients with mobility aids.
• Collects samples and assists with basic clinical tasks as directed.
