Job summary

CNS Cares in Crossville, TN seeks a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for full-time or part-time in-home care. You will follow the Plan of Care, assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and maintain safety during 12-hour shifts (8pm–8am on Sun, Mon, Tue).

Requires valid driver's license and 2+ years caregiving experience; offers flexible schedule, PTO, 401(k), supplemental insurance, and one-on-one patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to follow the Plan of Care and maintain patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Plan of Care to provide safe, competent care/services.
• Help with personal hygiene and maintaining a safe environment.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Assist with ambulation as detailed by the Patient Care Plan.
• Encourage patient independence within the Patient Care Plan.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks.

Shift: Every Sunday, Monday & Tuesday nights (8pm - 8am)

The Position:

We’re looking for full‑time and part‑time Personal Care Assistant's. We work 12‑hour shifts, in the patient’s home.

• Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe, competent care/services to the patient.
• Help the patient maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Assist the patient with ambulation as detailed by Patient Care Plan.
• Encourage the patient’s independence but not exceed the capabilities outlined out in the Patient’s Care Plan.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
