Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification or State approved CNA required or preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred upon hire.
• EKG certification preferred upon hire.
• BLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Minimum six months experience in acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
